At Baraka Dates, we take great care in selecting, preparing, and packing every order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to receive your dates in the best possible condition.
Our Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of dates and food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine quality issue, please contact us so that we can review the matter and assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Photos of the parcel if it arrived damaged
Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.
Quality Complaints
We carefully inspect and pack our dates before dispatch. If you believe your order has a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please keep the product and its original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Exchanges
Because dates are a food product, we generally do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong variety

Personal taste or preference

Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, we will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund process will depend on the payment method used for the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request the necessary payment details to process an approved refund.
Approved refunds are processed after the returned or disputed order has been reviewed and the refund has been authorized by our team.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Important Note
Natural dates can vary slightly in size, colour, texture, and appearance because they are an agricultural product. Minor natural variations do not necessarily indicate a quality issue.
Our team evaluates each complaint individually to ensure that genuine concerns are handled fairly.
